The Deputy Secretary of Energy confirmed and approved Rate Order No. WAPA-150 and Rate Schedule BCP-F8 extending on an interim basis the existing Boulder Canyon Project (BCP) rate-setting formula and approving the base charge and rates for FY 2011. The existing Electric Service Rate Schedule, BCP-F7, expires September 30, 2010.
