Notice is hereby given of an intent to grant to Mobotecusa at Orinda, California, an exclusive or partially exclusive license to practice the invention described in the U.S. patent number 6,521,021, "Thief Process for the Removal of Mercury from Flue Gas." The invention is owned by the United States of America, as represented by the Department of Energy (DOE). The proposed license will be exclusive or partially exclusive, subject to a license and other rights retained by the U.S. Government, and other terms and conditions to be negotiated.
