National Energy Technology Laboratory Announces Intent to Grant Patent License to Mobotecusa
The National Energy Technology Laboratory has announced its intention to grant Mobotecusa, a company based in Orinda, California, an exclusive or partially exclusive license to use a patented process for removing mercury from flue gas, as described in U.S. patent 6,521,021.
