In accordance with section 751(b)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.216(b), Jindal Poly Films Limited (Jindal Poly Films) requested that the Department of Commerce (the Department) conduct a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on PET film from India.
