US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duty Order on PET Film from India

The US Department of Commerce has launched a review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India, following a request from Jindal Poly Films Limited, in accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930 and 19 CFR 351.216(b).
