ローカル自動翻訳 · 情報源の原言語

概要

Section 111(c) of the Clean Air Act permits EPA to delegate to the states the authority to implement and enforce the standards set out in 40 CFR part 60, Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources (NSPS). On April 5, 1994, the Director of the Washington Department of Ecology (WDOE) submitted to the EPA Regional Office a request for delegation of authority to the WDOE and six local air pollution control authorities. Included in that request was a copy of the WDOE regulations which adopt by reference the federal emission standards and testing procedures set forth in 40 CFR part 60 as in effect on January 1, 1993, with certain exceptions.
