EPA Delegates Authority to Washington State and Local Air Authorities for New Stationary Source Standards

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has delegated to the state of Washington and six local air authorities the authority to implement and enforce standards for new stationary sources, as set out in the Clean Air Act, following a request submitted by the Washington Department of Ecology in 1994.
