The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a special local regulation on the Atlantic Ocean east of Miami Beach, Florida during the Miami Super Boat Grand Prix. The Miami Super Boat Grand Prix will consist of a series of high-speed boat races scheduled to take place from July 19 through July 21, 2013.
