Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Maine; Consumer Products Regulation

EPA is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maine. This revision establishes requirements to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from consumer products.
