EPA Proposes Approval of Maine's Consumer Products Regulation Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Maine, which sets requirements to decrease emissions of volatile organic compounds from consumer products, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
