The General Services Administration/ICMR is changing the stocking requirement of SF 527, Medical Record--Group Muscle Strength, Joint R.O.M. Girth and Length Measurements. This form is now authorized for local reproduction. You can request camera copy of SF 527 from General Services Administration (CARM), Attn: Barbara Williams, (202) 501-0581. This form also is revised to: 1. Delete the line that extended from the caption to the arrow in captions ``Date'' and ``Indicate Side Tested'' on both sides of the form. 2. To delete ``grade; SSAN; rank; rate;'' from ``PATIENT'S IDENTIFICATION'' item and replace with ``ID no. (SSN or other);''.
