RECARO Child Safety, LLC (RECARO) \1\ has determined that certain RECARO brand ProSport child restraint systems produced between June 16, 2010 and January 31, 2013, do not fully comply with paragraph S6.1.2(a)(1)(i)(D) of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 213, Child Restraint Systems.
