Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBS), an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture, and Delta Regional Authority announce the availability of grant funds through the Delta Health Care Services Grant Program (DHCS) and Delta Regional Authority (DRA) to be competitively awarded. Pursuant to the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Acts, of 2013 and 2014, total funding for the DHCS grant is $5,775,327, with a minimum grant amount of $50,000. Total funding for the 2013 DRA is $300,000. There is no minimum grant amount for DRA grants. Each program has its own respective requirements as detailed in Section IV of this announcement.
