Résumé
This notice announces that the Farm Service Agency (FSA), on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), completed a Final Supplemental Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (Final SPEIS) that examined the potential environmental consequences associated with implementing the changes to the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) specified in the Agricultural Act of 2014 (2014 Farm Bill), and will assist in developing new regulations. FSA is requesting comments on the Final SPEIS.
