Notice of Availability of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Conservation Reserve Program

The Farm Service Agency (FSA) has completed a Final Supplemental Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (Final SPEIS) for the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), which assesses the environmental impacts of changes to the program under the 2014 Farm Bill, and is now seeking public comments on the document.
