Résumé
Notice is hereby given of intent to grant to Johnson Matthey Inc. of Malvern, PA, an exclusive or partially exclusive license to practice the invention described in the U.S. patent number 7,033,419, "Method for High Temperature Mercury Capture from Gas Streams." The invention is owned by the United States of America, as represented by the Department of Energy (DOE). The proposed license will be exclusive or partially exclusive, subject to a license and other rights retained by the U.S. Government, and other terms and conditions to be negotiated.
