National Energy Technology Laboratory to Grant Exclusive or Partially Exclusive Patent License to Johnson Matthey Inc.

The National Energy Technology Laboratory has announced its intention to grant an exclusive or partially exclusive patent license to Johnson Matthey Inc. for the use of a method to capture mercury from gas streams, as described in U.S. patent 7,033,419.
