The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reopening the comment period for the proposed rule revising the Class V Underground Injection Control (UIC) regulations which published in the Federal Register on July 29, 1998 at (63 FR 40585). The reopening of the comment period will allow all interested parties to submit written comments on the proposal.
