EPA Reopens Comment Period for Class V UIC Regulations Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for proposed rule changes to the Class V Underground Injection Control (UIC) regulations, which were first published on July 29, 1998, in the Federal Register (63 FR 40585). Interested parties can now submit written comments on the proposed revisions.
