Notice of Realty Action; Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act Classification; Wyoming

Résumé

The following public lands located near the rural communities of Atlantic City, Jeffrey City, Lysite, and Shoshoni in Fremont County, Wyoming, have been examined and found suitable for classification for conveyance to the Fremont County Solid Waste Disposal District under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.). The Fremont County Solid Waste Disposal District intends to continue the use of the Shoshoni sanitary landfill. Solid Waste Transfer stations would be continued at the other three sites.
