The Department of Commerce is extending by no longer than 120 days the time limit of the preliminary results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from the United Kingdom (C-412-811), covering the period January 1, 1997, through December 31, 1997, since it is not practicable to complete this review within the time limits mandated by the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1675(a)(3)(A)).
