US Department of Commerce Postpones Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Review for UK Steel Products

The US Department of Commerce has extended the deadline for preliminary results of an administrative review of countervailing duties on certain hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from the UK, covering the period January 1, 1997, to December 31, 1997, due to impracticalities in meeting the required timeframe under the Tariff Act of 1930.
