The Department of the Treasury, on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), will submit the information collection associated with requests made to FinCEN by certain persons for beneficial ownership information, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), on or after the date of publication of this notice.
