Department of the Treasury to Submit Beneficial Ownership Information Collection for OMB Review

The Department of the Treasury, on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), will submit a request for OMB review of information collection related to beneficial ownership information, following the submission of comments from the public, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
