Certain Apparel From Thailand; Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

Résumé

On September 3, 1997, the Department of Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on Certain Apparel from Thailand for 1991. The Department of Commerce has now completed this review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended. For information on the net bounty or grant, please see the ``Final Results of Review'' section. We will instruct the U.S. Customs Service to assess countervailing duties as indicated in that section.
