US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Thai Apparel
The US Department of Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on Certain Apparel from Thailand for 1991, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930, and will instruct the US Customs Service to assess countervailing duties accordingly.
