Résumé
The public comment period on this proposed rule, which was published in the Federal Register at 62 FR 25786, May 9, 1997, is extended from July 8, 1997, through August 8, 1997. The rule conforms to a Department of Justice proposal to reform affirmative action in Federal procurement. The comment period is extended in order to accommodate public requests for an extension.
