The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on leather wearing apparel from Argentina during the period January 1, 1991 through December 31, 1991. We preliminarily determine the total net subsidy to be zero for all companies during this review period. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
