Leather Wearing Apparel From Argentina; Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on leather wearing apparel from Argentina during the period January 1, 1991, through December 31, 1991, with preliminary results showing a total net subsidy of zero for all companies.
