The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of an application filed by Nuclear Development, LLC (ND) on November 13, 2018. The application seeks NRC approval of the direct transfer of construction permits Nos. CPPR-122 and CPPR-123, for Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, from the current holder, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), to ND.
