Environmental Assessment (EA) for BRAC 95 Disposal and Reuse of Property at the Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX

Resumen

The Department of the Army announces today the availability of the EA and Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the disposal and use of BRAC property at the Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texarkana, Texas, in accordance with the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990, Public Law 101-510, as amended. The 1994 Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission (BRAC) recommended the realignment of RRAD. The proposed action in the disposal of property made available by the realignment of specified missions at RRAD.
