US Department of the Army Publishes Environmental Assessment for Red River Army Depot Disposal and Reuse in Texas
The US Department of the Army has released an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the disposal and reuse of property at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas, following a recommendation by the 1994 Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission (BRAC)
