In compliance with 37 CFR 404 et seq., the Department of the Army hereby gives notice of its intent to grant to Materials Sciences Corporation, a corporation having its principle place of business at Suite 250, 500 Office Center Drive, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, 19034, an exclusive data license relative to ARL produced composite materials properties data. Anyone wishing to object to the granting of this license has 60 days from the date of this notice to file written objections along with supporting evidence, if any.
