US Department of the Army Intends to Grant Exclusive License to Materials Sciences Corporation for ARL Composite Materials Data

The US Department of the Army is giving notice of its intention to grant Materials Sciences Corporation, a Pennsylvania-based company, an exclusive license to use data on ARL produced composite materials properties, with a 60-day window for anyone to object and provide evidence
