Prospective Grant of Limited Exclusive License: Monoclonal Antibodies to Thymidylate Synthase

This notice in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(c)(1) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(I) that the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, is contemplating the grant of an exclusive worldwide license to practice the inventions embodied in the U.S. Patent Application SN 07/690,841 filed 04/24/91, entitled ``Monoclonal Antibodies to Thymidylate Synthase'' to Oncotech, Inc. of Irvine, CA. The patent rights in this invention have been assigned to the United States of America. The prospective exclusive license field of use may be limited to the in vitro diagnosis of elevated Thymidylate Synthase for the treatment of cancer in humans.
