National Institutes of Health to Grant Exclusive License for Monoclonal Antibodies to Oncotech, Inc.

The National Institutes of Health is considering granting an exclusive worldwide license to Oncotech, Inc. to use monoclonal antibodies for the in vitro diagnosis of elevated Thymidylate Synthase in cancer treatment, as outlined in a U.S. patent application filed in 1991.
