In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair acts and practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent agreement, accepted subject to final Commission approval, would, among other things, prohibit a Winter Park, Florida-based producer of franchise trade shows and expositions from misrepresenting survey results or making unsubstantiated earnings and success rate claims in promoting and advertising franchise shows.
