Blenheim Expositions, Inc., a Winter Park, Florida-based company, has agreed to a consent settlement with the Commission to address allegations of misrepresenting survey results and making unsubstantiated claims about franchise show earnings and success rates, in an effort to prevent unfair acts and practices in competition.
