Resumen
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on extruded rubber thread from Malaysia for the period January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992. We preliminarily determine the net subsidy to be 3.27 percent ad valorem for all manufacturers and exporters of Malaysian extruded rubber thread. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
