U.S. Department of Commerce Reviews Countervailing Duty on Malaysian Extruded Rubber Thread

The U.S. Department of Commerce is reviewing the countervailing duty order on extruded rubber thread from Malaysia for the period January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992, and invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary results, which show a net subsidy of 3.27 percent ad valorem for all manufacturers and exporters of Malaysian extruded rubber thread.
