The initial proposed definition for the class being evaluated, subject to revision as warranted by the evaluation, is as follows: Facility: Simonds Saw and Steel Co. Location: Lockport, New York. Job Titles and/or Job Duties: All employees who worked in any area during the applicable covered thorium operational and residual periods. Period of Employment: January 1, 1951 through December 31, 2006.
