Pesticide Tolerances for Aluminum Tris(O-Ethylphosphonate)

Zusammenfassung

This regulation establishes increased tolerances for residues of the fungicide fosetyl-Al, aluminum tris(O-ethylphosphonate), in or on strawberries at 75 parts per million (ppm), brassica (cole) leafy vegetables group at 60 ppm, and leafy vegetables (except brassica vegetables) group at 100 ppm. This regulation to increase the maximum permissible levels of residues of the fungicide in or on these commodities was requested in a petition submitted by Rhone-Poulenc Ag Co.
