Summary
The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council and the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission implemented Framework Adjustments 17 and 6 to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan and the Bluefish Fishery Management Plan, respectively, to revise recreational management measures and prevent overfishing.
