DHS Proposes New System of Records for Immigration Enforcement

The Department of Homeland Security proposes to establish a new system of records, the LeadTrac System of Records, to collect and maintain information on foreign students, exchange visitors, and other non-immigrant visitors who overstay their visas or violate their immigration status, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
