Coast Guard Proposes Revisions to Permanent Safety Zones in Sector Mobile

The Coast Guard is proposing to revise its regulations for permanent safety zones in the Coast Guard Sector Mobile Captain of the Port Zone to update the current list with revisions and additional events.
