NOAA Requests Comments on Low-Energy Marine Seismic Survey Proposal
Summary
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking public input on a proposal by the Scripps Institution of Oceanography to conduct a low-energy marine seismic survey in the Eastern Tropical Pacific Ocean, which may incidentally harm 21 species of marine mammals.
