Summary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the National Science Foundation (NSF) Division of Polar Programs, and Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) on behalf of the University of Texas at Austin and University of Memphis, to take marine mammals during a low-energy marine geophysical survey in the Scotia Sea and South Atlantic Ocean from September to October 2014.
