The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has published a final rule to implement the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, also known as the Uniform Guidance, for all federal award-making agencies, including the SBA.
