SBA Proposes Modifying Loan System to Disclose Information to Treasury for Improper Payment Prevention

The U.S. Small Business Administration proposes changes to its Loan System to share information with the Treasury Department to identify and prevent improper payments, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-108.
