Amendment of United States Area Navigation (RNAV) Routes; Eastern United States

This action proposes to amend two United States Area Navigation (RNAV) Q-routes in the eastern United States. This action supports the Little Rock, AR (LIT), Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range/Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) Relocation Project, and NextGen which provides a modern RNAV route structure to improve the efficiency of the National Airspace System (NAS).
